Account & Login

Visit the Register page and fill in your mobile number, a strong password, and confirm you are 18 years of age or older. Once your details are submitted, a one-time verification code (OTP) will be sent to your mobile. Enter the OTP to activate your account. The whole process takes under two minutes and your account is ready to use immediately — you can deposit in PKR and start betting straight away.

On the Login page, tap the Forgot password? link. Enter your registered mobile number and you'll receive an OTP. Once verified, you can set a new password. Choose something you haven't used before and make it at least 10 characters with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols. If you no longer have access to the registered mobile number, contact live support directly from the login page — the team can verify your identity through alternative means.

No. Each person is allowed only one active account on BetPro Live. Creating duplicate accounts is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and can result in all accounts being suspended and balances forfeited. If you think a duplicate was created by mistake, contact support immediately so it can be resolved.

Log in to your account and go to Account Settings. You can update your display name and certain profile details directly. For changes to your registered mobile number, you'll need to go through an identity verification step with the support team to ensure your account remains secure.

Most deposits reflect instantly. If your balance hasn't updated within 15 minutes, first check that the transaction was completed successfully on your bank or wallet app. If the funds left your account but haven't appeared on BetPro Live, contact live support with the transaction reference number, the amount, the payment method used, and the approximate time. Withdrawals

Common reasons for a declined withdrawal include: an unmet bonus wagering requirement, account verification pending, mismatched payment details, or a balance below the minimum threshold. Check your account notifications for the specific reason. If the issue isn't clear, reach out to live support — they can review your account and guide you through the steps to complete your withdrawal successfully.

Bonuses & Promotions

The welcome bonus is applied automatically when you make your first qualifying deposit. There is no need to enter a promo code unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Make sure you read the terms on the Promotions page before depositing — minimum deposit amounts and wagering requirements vary by offer. The bonus funds will appear in your account balance once the deposit is confirmed.

A wagering requirement (also called a rollover) means you need to bet the bonus amount a specified number of times before the resulting winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you need to place a total of PKR 10,000 in qualifying bets.
