BetPro Live Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the BetPro Live platform — including the website, mobile app, sports betting section, casino, fish games and any promotional features — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.

These Terms apply to all users of BetPro Live regardless of the device or method used to access the platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and close your account.

2Eligibility & Registration

To register and use BetPro Live, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf — corporate or third-party registrations are not permitted.
• You must not already hold an existing BetPro Live account. One account per person is strictly enforced.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete registration information including your full name, date of birth, phone number and payment details.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of an employee of BetPro Live.

Registration requires a valid Pakistani mobile number and at least one supported payment method (JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank account). BetPro Live reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including before processing a first withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3Account Responsibility

Your BetPro Live account is personal to you. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication codes — confidential and secure. You must not share your account access with any other person.

All activity carried out through your account — including bets placed, deposits made and bonus claims submitted — is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact BetPro Live support immediately via live chat.

BetPro Live is not liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where the player failed to take reasonable precautions to secure their credentials. We strongly recommend using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication where available.

You are also responsible for ensuring that all personal details held on your account remain accurate and up to date. Outdated or incorrect details — particularly payment information — may delay withdrawal processing.

4Deposits & Payments

BetPro Live accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and select debit/credit cards and mobile wallets. All supported methods are listed in the deposit section of your account panel.

Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times may vary slightly depending on the payment method and network conditions, but most JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are reflected within minutes.

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of deposit and may vary by payment method.
• Only deposit funds that belong to you — third-party deposits are not accepted and may result in account suspension.
• BetPro Live does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed once processed — contact support immediately if you deposit an incorrect amount.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever operationally possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and helps protect your funds. If your original deposit method is unavailable, our support team will advise on alternatives.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, your account must pass identity verification. This typically involves confirming your CNIC details and verifying the payment method registered on your account. Once verified, subsequent withdrawals are processed faster.

• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframe stated in your account panel — typically within 24 hours for verified accounts.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed at the point of withdrawal.
• Withdrawals cannot be processed if there are active wagering requirements attached to your current balance.
• BetPro Live reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests that fall outside normal account activity patterns.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa wallets are generally the fastest — most are completed same day for verified accounts.

If a withdrawal request is declined or placed on hold, our support team will notify you and explain the reason. In most cases, providing additional verification documents resolves the issue promptly.

6Bonuses & Promotions

BetPro Live offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, PSL and cricket odds boosts, free spins on selected slots and VIP loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published on the Promotions page and the general bonus rules set out here.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and tracked independently from your real-money balance.
• Each bonus has a stated wagering requirement — the total amount that must be wagered before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated expiry window. Unused bonus funds expire automatically after this period.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets, slots and casino games typically have different contribution rates — check individual promotion terms for details.
• Bonuses are limited to one per player, household or IP address unless stated otherwise.
• BetPro Live reserves the right to withdraw or modify a bonus at any time if abuse or exploitation is identified.

Attempting to exploit bonus offers through techniques such as bonus abuse, matched betting using duplicate accounts or coordinated wagering designed to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements is strictly prohibited. Accounts found engaging in such activity will have bonuses voided and may be suspended.

7Sports Betting Rules

BetPro Live offers sports betting on cricket (including PSL, international T20 and domestic matches), football, esports and other sporting events. All bets are subject to the following general rules in addition to sport-specific rules where applicable.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be amended or cancelled by the player unless the Cash Out feature is available for that market.
• All bets are settled according to the official result as declared by the relevant governing body — for cricket, this is the ICC or the relevant domestic board; for PSL, the PCB result is final.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or reduced in overs, standard cricket betting settlement rules apply — bets are typically voided unless a result has been officially declared.
• BetPro Live reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly published in error (palpable errors).
• Live in-play bets are subject to slight delays in odds updating — bets submitted during a delay period may be voided or accepted at updated odds at BetPro Live's discretion.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market and are visible at the time of bet placement.
• BetPro Live reserves the right to limit or restrict betting activity on individual accounts where unusual patterns are identified, including but not limited to suspected match fixing or arbitrage betting at scale.

For PSL specifically — given its significance to Pakistani players — we maintain dedicated coverage with early markets, in-play betting and special promotions through the tournament. All PSL bets are settled in PKR based on official PCB match results.

8Casino & Games

The BetPro Live game lobby includes slots, live casino tables (roulette, baccarat, blackjack and more), fish games and table games. All games are provided by third-party game providers whose software is integrated into the BetPro Live platform.

• All casino games use a certified random number generator (RNG) or, in the case of live casino, real cards and wheels operated by live dealers. Results are not influenced by previous outcomes.
• Game outcomes cannot be reversed once they are finalised — if you believe a game result was incorrect due to a technical error, contact support with the game session reference and timestamp.
• In the event of a game disconnection mid-round, the game will resume from the last confirmed state when you reconnect. BetPro Live is not responsible for losses incurred due to internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Fish games operate under their own mechanics — payout rates and game rules are displayed within each game. These games are provided for entertainment and outcomes are determined by the game software.
• Maximum win limits may apply on certain slot games as specified by the game provider — these are stated in the game's information panel.

BetPro Live does not guarantee continuous availability of any specific game title. Games may be temporarily removed for maintenance or permanently removed if the provider terminates their agreement. Active bonus wagering tied to a removed game will be transferred to alternative qualifying games.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BetPro Live. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of balances and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) to claim bonuses more than once.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets, play casino games or interact with the platform in any way.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal or fraudulent means.
• Using stolen, cloned or third-party payment credentials to make deposits.
• Attempting to exploit game or software bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Any activity that interferes with the normal operation of the BetPro Live platform or the experience of other users.
• Providing false identity or age information during registration or verification.

BetPro Live actively monitors platform activity for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Where investigations are ongoing, account withdrawals may be placed on hold temporarily. 10Responsible Gaming

12Limitation of Liability

BetPro Live provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain uptime and service quality, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues and events outside our control may cause temporary unavailability.

To the fullest extent permitted, BetPro Live is not liable for losses arising from: platform downtime during active bets (where those bets are voided in accordance with our rules), internet connectivity failures on the player's side, or losses resulting from a player's own decisions while using the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence or any matter that cannot be excluded by law.

13Changes to These Terms

BetPro Live reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via the platform or by email.

Continued use of the BetPro Live platform after an update has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support regarding account closure.
